Parking
Parking is available at CitiPark, located directly at the venue.
Discounted parking is offered when purchased in advance of the event day.
Wi‑Fi
Complimentary venue Wi‑Fi will be available for all guests throughout the event.
Quiet Space
A dedicated Quiet Space will be available within the Royal Armouries for anyone who may need a calm area to take a break.
Payments & Booking
When Are Full Payments Due?
All final payments are due by 30th March 2026, unless a different deadline is specified in your provisional booking email.
Can Payment Be Made by Card or Bank Transfer?
Yes.
Card Payments:
You can pay by card through your online booking portal.
Click ‘Login to your Booking’ (top right of the page), select ‘Forgot my password’ to set or reset your password, then log in to manage and make payments on your booking.
Bank Transfer (BACS):
If paying by bank transfer, please include your invoice number in the format RARM26‑#### as your payment reference. This helps our team allocate your payment quickly and accurately.

Is the Venue Accessible?
Yes. The Royal Armouries is fully accessible, with step‑free routes, lifts, accessible toilets, and designated parking spaces in CitiPark.
Is There a Cloakroom?
Yes. A staffed cloakroom will be available. Charges may apply depending on the event.
Is Food Provided?
Details of your menu, dining format, and dietary options will be included in your booking documents. Please ensure any dietary requirements are provided in advance.
Can We Bring Decorations or Gifts?
Small table‑top decorations may be permitted, but anything involving open flames, confetti, or large installations is not allowed.
If unsure, please check with the events team ahead of time.
What Is the Dress Code?
Dress code details will be outlined on your event booking. Unless otherwise stated, smart casual attire is recommended and we are aiming for a festival vibe so ditch the shirt and tie!
Is Photography Allowed?
Yes, guest photos are welcome! For any professional photography or recording requests, please speak to our events team.
